Eligibility & Restricted Regions
Who may use the interface, and an honest answer on geography: the supported production regions have not been decided yet, so none are claimed here.

01Age and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements where you live. If you are using the interface on behalf of an organisation, you must be authorised to do so.
02Restricted persons
You may not use the interface if you are subject to sanctions, appear on a relevant sanctions or restricted-party list, act for someone who is, or are located in or ordinarily resident in a sanctioned or otherwise restricted territory.
You may not use the interface in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other illegal activity.
03No circumvention
Do not attempt to bypass geographic restrictions, eligibility checks or access controls, including through VPNs, proxies, false statements or accounts opened by someone else on your behalf.
04Your local law is your responsibility
Rules covering crypto borrowing, stablecoins and self-custody vary widely and change often. You are responsible for knowing whether using the interface, or interacting with a permissionless protocol, is lawful for you — including tax and reporting obligations.
Nothing here is legal or tax advice, and nothing here confirms that any activity is lawful in your country.
05Supported regions are not announced
The list of regions where production access will be offered has not been decided or published. This page does not state that any jurisdiction is supported, and you should not infer support from the interface being reachable.
Production access is not offered until the applicable eligibility criteria and the operator details behind the service are published.
06Access today
Actions that would move funds are currently disabled, so nothing in this interface constitutes an offer of a financial service in any jurisdiction.
07If you become ineligible
Stop using the interface if you no longer meet these conditions. Access may be limited or suspended where that is reasonably necessary, and interface restrictions do not affect or close any position that exists on a protocol.
