Privacy Policy

What the interface handles, who else is involved, and what public blockchains make permanent no matter what we do.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This page is written in plain language for general information. It has not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice.

01Scope

This policy covers the Roundtrip interface. It does not cover blockchains, lending protocols, stablecoin issuers, wallet extensions or any other independent third party you interact with, each of which handles data under its own rules.

02Wallet addresses and public blockchain data

The interface displays and stores wallet addresses associated with your account, along with position details derived from them.

Blockchains are public. Addresses, balances, transactions and protocol interactions are visible to anyone and can often be linked together over time. Roundtrip neither controls nor can remove that public record.

03Authentication and embedded wallet data

Sign-in and embedded wallets are provided by Dynamic, a third-party authentication and wallet technology provider. Depending on how you sign in, Dynamic handles identifiers such as your email address, a user identifier, session tokens, and wallet metadata.

Roundtrip receives a verified user identifier and wallet information from that process, and uses it to associate your records with you. Dynamic processes data under its own policies.

04Account and application records

Application and position records are stored in a hosted database. These records can include your user identifier, selected assets and networks, requested amounts, quoted rates and loan-to-value values, state of the flow, deposit-channel details issued by the protocol, and transaction references observed on public blockchains.

These records index activity; they never authorise it. Whether a loan or transfer exists is determined by the blockchain and the protocol, not by this database.

05Device, network and security logs

Technical logs may include IP address, browser and device characteristics, timestamps, pages requested and error details. These are used to keep the service available and to detect abuse.

06Analytics and cookies

See the Cookie Policy for exactly what browser storage the interface uses today. If optional analytics are introduced later, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated before that happens.

07Support communications

If you contact us about a problem, the content of your message and anything you attach is processed to investigate and respond. Never send private keys, recovery phrases or wallet exports to anyone, including us.

08Why data is processed

Data is processed for the following purposes.

  • Providing sign-in, wallet display, and the borrowing and position screens.
  • Keeping your records separated from other users' records.
  • Keeping the service secure, available and free of abuse.
  • Diagnosing errors and improving the interface.
  • Meeting legal obligations that apply to the service.

09Processors and international processing

Service providers process data on our behalf, including the authentication and embedded-wallet provider, the database and hosting providers, and the content delivery and error-reporting infrastructure used to serve the interface.

These providers may operate infrastructure in countries other than yours, so your data may be processed internationally. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.

10Security

Access to stored records is restricted to server-side code that verifies who you are before returning anything, and records are scoped to the signed-in user. Transport is encrypted.

No system is perfectly secure. We do not claim any certification, external audit or insurance.

11Your choices

You can stop using the interface at any time, sign out, and ask us to delete the account records we hold for you through the Support page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

Requests involving third-party providers — for example authentication records held by the wallet provider — may need to be made to that provider directly.

12What cannot be deleted

Anything recorded on a public blockchain is permanent. Deleting your account records in the interface does not remove transactions, addresses or positions from any chain, and does not close or repay a protocol position.

13Retention

Records are kept while your account exists and for as long as needed to run the service, resolve problems and meet legal obligations. A precise, published retention schedule is not implemented yet, and we will not state one until it is.

14Children

The interface is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use it if you are under 18, and contact us through the Support page if you believe a minor has created an account.

15Updates

This policy will change as the product changes, including before any live transaction capability is enabled. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent version.
