Support
Most urgent questions are actually about a wallet, a protocol or a blockchain rather than this interface. This page helps you tell them apart quickly.

01Start by identifying whose problem it is
Four independent systems are involved when you borrow against crypto, and only one of them is Roundtrip. Working out which one is misbehaving saves a lot of time.
02Interface problems
Signs: a page will not load, a button does nothing, a number is formatted wrongly, a step will not advance, something is unreadable or unusable.
These are ours. Note the page, what you did, what you expected, what happened, and your browser and device.
03Wallet and sign-in problems
Signs: the sign-in window will not open, a one-time code never arrives, a wallet address does not appear, or a signature prompt fails.
These usually come from the third-party authentication and embedded-wallet technology or from your browser environment. Try a different browser without extensions first. Never share a one-time code, recovery phrase or private key with anyone while troubleshooting.
04Protocol problems
Signs: a rate changed, a position was liquidated, collateral will not release, a market is paused, or borrowing capacity is unavailable.
These are decided by the independent protocol, not by the interface. Roundtrip cannot reverse a liquidation, change a rate, unlock collateral or make a protocol act.
05Blockchain problems
Signs: a transaction is pending for a long time, fees are unexpectedly high, or a transfer went to the wrong address or the wrong network.
These are decided by the network. A confirmed transaction cannot be reversed by anyone, and assets sent to the wrong address or network are generally unrecoverable.
06What support can and cannot do
Being clear about this up front is more useful than a fast reply.
- Can: investigate interface errors, explain what a screen is showing, and look at interface-side records for your account.
- Can: receive accessibility feedback and responsible-disclosure reports.
- Cannot: recover lost keys, reverse transactions, stop or undo liquidations, change protocol rates, or move assets on your behalf.
- Will never: ask for your recovery phrase, private key or one-time code, or ask you to send funds anywhere.
07Contacting us
A formal production support channel has not been established yet, and we will not publish an address that nobody is monitoring. It will be published here before live service begins, together with the operator details and expected response times.
In the meantime, use whichever channel you originally reached this project through, and include the details listed above.
08What the interface can do today
Market data is read live from the protocol. Actions that would move funds are disabled until the remaining connection and account requirements are met, and each disabled action states why.
The interface never displays a stand-in deposit address. If a screen shows an address or a transfer that does not come from the protocol, treat it as a bug and report it.
