Terms of Use
Roundtrip is an interface, not a lender. These terms explain what the software does, what you are responsible for, and the limits of what anyone here can do for you.

01What Roundtrip is
Roundtrip is a software interface. It helps you read information about permissionless lending protocols and, when live transactions are available, helps you assemble transactions that you submit yourself from your own wallet.
Roundtrip does not lend money, does not approve or decline applications, does not set protocol interest rates, does not take custody of collateral, and does not control whether a protocol executes, delays or reverts a transaction.
Actions that would move funds are currently disabled in this interface. Until they are enabled, no transaction is submitted on your behalf and no funds move.
02Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your decisions, including which asset to pledge, how much to borrow, what loan-to-value you accept, and whether the risk suits you.
You are responsible for confirming the details of any transaction before you sign it, including the destination, network, amount and the protocol you are interacting with.
- Roundtrip cannot reverse, cancel, refund or recover a blockchain transaction.
- Roundtrip cannot stop a liquidation once a protocol's conditions are met.
- Nothing shown in the interface is a recommendation to borrow, lend or trade.
03Accounts, wallets and security
Signing in may create embedded wallets for you through third-party wallet technology. Signing in is not itself a blockchain transaction and does not authorise one.
You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method, your devices and any wallet keys, recovery material or exports you obtain. Anyone who controls your wallet controls the assets in it.
Tell us through the Support page if you believe your account or wallet has been compromised. We cannot freeze on-chain assets on your behalf.
04Independent smart contracts and protocols
Lending protocols, bridges, oracles, stablecoin issuers and blockchains are independent third parties. They are not operated or controlled by Roundtrip, and their rules, rates, thresholds and availability can change without notice.
Using this interface does not create any contractual relationship between you and Roundtrip regarding a loan. Your economic relationship, if any, is with the protocol you transact with.
05Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions are final. Once broadcast, a transfer, collateral deposit, borrow, repayment or withdrawal cannot be undone by Roundtrip or by any protocol operator.
Sending assets to the wrong address or the wrong network will usually result in permanent loss.
06Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the interface to do any of the following.
- Break any law that applies to you, or help anyone else do so.
- Use the interface if you are a restricted person, or from a restricted place, as described on the Eligibility page.
- Circumvent access controls, geographic restrictions, eligibility checks or rate limits.
- Attack, probe, overload, scrape at scale, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the interface or its infrastructure.
- Introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with another person's use of the interface.
- Reverse engineer or copy the interface except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
07Intellectual property
The Roundtrip name, interface design, text, graphics and code are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of their owners. You get a personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the interface as intended, and no other rights.
Third-party names shown in technical or transaction contexts belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
08Availability and changes
The interface is provided on an as-available basis. It may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed or out of date, including because of maintenance, third-party outages, network congestion or a protocol pausing.
Features may be added, changed, restricted or removed at any time. These terms may also change; the date at the top of this page shows when they last did. Continuing to use the interface after a change means you accept the updated version.
09Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the interface is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Prices, rates, loan-to-value figures, health values and liquidation estimates may be delayed, illustrative or wrong. Always confirm the authoritative values from the protocol before acting.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roundtrip is not liable for loss of assets, loss of profit, liquidation losses, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the interface, from a third-party protocol or provider, or from any blockchain network.
Some laws do not allow certain limitations. Where that is the case, those limitations do not apply to you and nothing here removes rights you cannot lawfully waive.
11Suspension of access
Access to the interface may be limited or suspended where that is reasonably necessary — for example on suspected abuse, a security incident, a prohibited use, or a legal requirement.
Suspending interface access does not affect on-chain positions. Protocol positions continue to exist and can continue to accrue interest or be liquidated independently of the interface.
12Before live service
The identity of the operating entity, the governing law and dispute-resolution process, the formal contact channel, and the production terms that will apply to live transactions have not been finalised.
Production access is not offered until those details, along with the applicable eligibility and operator information, have been published. We will not insert placeholder values here in the meantime.
